GRID-Arendal is leading the third component of the project: Adoption of sustainable environmental and climate practices. Raising awareness and supporting federations to effectively integrate environmental and climate issues into their strategies, operations, and activities.

Why It Matters
Sports inspire and education empowers, together they are powerful drivers of sustainability. Sports connect with billions, modeling values of teamwork and respect while showcasing greener practices. Education builds the knowledge and skills future generations need to protect the planet. Combined, they create a culture of responsibility and action that helps communities, institutions, and individuals contribute to achieving the SDGs and securing a more sustainable future.
