Holding a PhD in chemistry (specializing in polymer technology) from the Leningrad Institute of Technology and a Master of Public Administration from Harvard University, I bring a multidisciplinary approach to environmental challenges. My expertise encompasses environmental crime, international development, capacity building for environmental authorities, and enhancing public participation. I specialise in the application of Earth Observation and remote sensing technologies, including the use of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles for environmental monitoring. I have a deep understanding of the environmental and administrative landscapes in developing countries, in particular in the Caspian region, EECCA countries and Sub-Saharan Africa.My Focus Areas
