An example of a loss and subsequent successful seagrass restoration was documented in Oyster Harbour, a marine inlet on the south coast of Western Australia. Sources: Aerial photographs showing details of the Posidonia seagrass transplant plots in Oyster Harbour, Albany, after 3.6 years growth (October 2001) showing progress over a decade (January 2010) where separated plants in each plot had grown together to form a continuous dense meadow.
