Traditional dog sled, Greenland
Fishing and hunting has been the primary industry for local Inuit residents for over 4500 years. The south coast of the island has a number of small coves which provide suitable protection for fishing nets in the winter while locals fish from holes in the ice reached by traditional dogsled.
