While there is continuous need for changes and capacity improvements, the Board is generally satisfied with the organisation and management of GRID-Arendal. Under the leadership of the Managing Director, efforts continue to fulfill our mission to support UNEP, to expand our area of activity, to strengthen the management capacities of the foundation, to strengthen the financial situation and reduce overhead costs.
